Previous privacy policy
Code Empire Tycoon (“the game”) is made by Çağlayan Sancaktar, an independent developer (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. Questions: caglayansancaktar@hotmail.com.
Your game progress stays on your phone
The name you give your developer, your progress and your settings are saved only on your device. They are not sent to me. Deleting the game deletes them. The game has no accounts and never asks for your email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
Analytics (Google Firebase)
To understand how the game is played and to improve it, the game uses Google Firebase Analytics. It records gameplay events (for example a finished job, a purchased upgrade or a completed tutorial step) together with technical information: device model, operating system and app version, language, an app-instance identifier, and the approximate region (country and city) derived from your IP address. This information is not used to identify you personally. Google keeps it for a limited time (up to 14 months). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob: optional ads you choose to watch for a reward, and occasional ads between scenes. To show and measure ads, Google may process your IP address, device information, ad interactions and — only if you allow it — your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA).
- On iOS the game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are not personalised with it.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, a consent form from Google asks for your choice the first time. You can change it at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy settings.
See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases
“Remove ads” is sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles the payment; I never see your payment details — only a confirmation that the purchase was made, which the game checks with Apple to turn ads off and to restore the purchase on a new device.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and it will be deleted.
Your rights and choices
- Turn off tracking any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Change your ad consent in the game under Settings → Privacy settings (where it applies).
- Delete everything stored on your phone by deleting the game.
- Ask for access to or deletion of analytics data linked to your device, or exercise your rights under the GDPR or Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), by writing to caglayansancaktar@hotmail.com.
I do not sell your personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
